On July 4, 2014, BRACE Law Firm and the Center for the Study of the Normative Environment of Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology of the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics held a round table on the topic: “Legal problems of the procurement of medicines for state and municipal needs.”
Keynote addresses were made by:
• Mark Tsutsiev (magazine “The Budget”) on the topic: “Interchangeability in the procurement of medicines”
• Roman Shabrov (BRACE Law Firm) on the topic: “Methods for identifying suppliers in the procurement of medicines: implementation problems”.
After the reports, a discussion was held on the legal problems of procurement of medicines to ensure state and municipal needs. The discussion was attended by representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, the academic community, public authorities, expert and consulting organizations, as well as the media.
