Roman Shabrov, Partner at BRACE Law Firm, participated in the Gaidar Forum, which took place on January 16–18, 2018, at RANEPA (the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration).

The Gaidar Forum is a recurring event that attracts prominent Russian and international political figures and business leaders. The platform addresses pressing issues of domestic political and socio-economic development.

This year, the organizers emphasized keynote presentations and open panels. Participants addressed critical socio-economic challenges, including the establishment of a unified social fund and structural adjustments to the pension system. Furthermore, speakers outlined overarching strategic objectives, emphasizing the imperative of driving a sustainable increase in disposable income while concurrently enhancing standards across the healthcare and education sectors.

The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), the Gaidar Institute, and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) co-organized the event.
