He delivered a presentation titled "Current Regulatory Framework for the Online Retail of Medicinal Products and Dietary Supplements: Permitted Practices, Prohibitions, and Upcoming Legislative Initiatives."

The presentation analyzed critical regulatory aspects, including compliance requirements for the distance selling and online promotion of medicinal products and dietary supplements. Mr. Shabrov detailed the prerequisites for obtaining distance selling permits from the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare, the potential grounds for permit revocation, and existing statutory restrictions. Furthermore, the discussion explored regulatory initiatives aimed at reforming the e-commerce landscape for pharmaceuticals, alongside an analysis of common compliance violations in this sector.
